The products included in this division will allow the user to position heavy loads / Machinery in a more efficient and effective way. The products are Industrial Class hydraulic Jacking Equipment and specifically designed for their purposes.

We carry all types of Hydraulic Jacks including Rotational Toe Jacks; Adjustable Toe Jacks with 3 position toe and which is also a very Low Height Toe Jack. We also stock 2 types of Hydraulic Machinery Jacks which can be used for Lifting loads on either the head or toe of the Jack. We also have an extensive range of traditional Hydraulic Bottle Jacks available from 1 ton up to 50 tons capacity.

As well as the Hydraulic Toe Jack and Bottle Jack range we also sell Mechanical Rack Jacks which enable the user to be to lift to a higher position. This section also shows Foldable Shop Cranes or Engine Hoists and we also stock an extensive range of Floor Jacks, you can choose from Light Duty Floor Jacks, Heavy Duty Floor Jacks or Long Frame Floor Jacks.

Over the last few years TTC Lifting Gear has decided to specialize in the Drum Handling Equipment and believe we stock one of the largest ranges in the UK for Drum Lifting Equipment. This section is split up into 5 main areas.

1) - Choose from the standard Hydraulic Drum Truck, pallet loading Drum Truck then there is the Ride on Drum Truck and lastly the Raptor Drum Truck used to position drum onto the corner of pallets.

2) - We carry Hydraulic Drum Carrier, Mobile Drum Carrier, Hydraulic Drum Truck which can lift and lower drums onto vehicles etc, then there is our Drum Stacker which can lift or lower drums and also has the ability to tilt and Rotate Drums making it easier to empty.

3) - We stock a range of Drum Caddies, Drum Dollies and Drum Cradles all used to move and reposition steel drums around the workplace.

4) - We also supply Forklift Mounted Drum handling Equipment which has been carefully designed to make it easier to move or reposition steel or plastic drums using a forklift. We carry various styles of Forklift Mounted Drum Grabs, Drum Positioner, Drum Carrier and Auto Lock Drum Grabs all are very easy to use and at affordable prices.

Lastly we can provide Drum Lifters that can fit directly onto overhead cranes; either using the Vertical Drum Lifter or the Horizontal Drum Lifter. We have various designs of both. Lifting Drums Horizontally you can choose from our Manual Drum Tongs or Semi Automatic Drum Tongs. Lifting Drums Vertically we have – Drum Lifter, Drum Lifting Sling, Drum Clamp and we also stock a Geared Drum Lifter / Rotator which makes rotation of a 55 Gallon Drum while in the air an easy operation.

Our range of DRUM COVERS can be used to protect industrial drums when stored outside from filling up with rain water or protecting them from dust or dirt particles. We offer both a light duty and heavy duty Drum Tarpaulin Cover. We can also manufacture bespoke Drum Storage Covers to your individual needs. Our new section of DRUM STORAGE EQUIPMENT including Steel & Plastic Drum Sumps, Stackable Drum Stores & Enclosures, Spill Pallets and Bunded Floor Mats will be added to this section in the forthcoming weeks.

We offer an extensive range of CYLINDER HANDLING and CYLINDER STORAGE EQUIPMENT for use in either engineering or the pharmaceutical industry. Our CYLINDER TROLLEYS cater for transporting either One or Multiple Cylinders and suit all types of pressurized cylinder bottles. We also stock CYLINDER LIFTING EQUIPMENT for safe transportation of gas bottles while using overhead cranes. The CYLINDER STORAGE EQUIPMENT enables you to store your gas cylinders safely; we stock WALL MOUNTED CYLINDER RACKING and CYLINDER STANDS which can be fixed to the floor/wall or left free standing.

In this section we stock a vast range of Forklift Attachments - we stock Fork Mounted Maintenance Platform to be used for overhead maintenance. We carry Fork Extensions at all different lengths, Fork Mounted Hooks and Self Balancing Crane Forks. We also stock Forklift Jacks and Forklift Axle Stands and Fork Caddy to help transport Forklift Forks to and from the forklift.

This section consists of equipment used mainly in the Marine Industry, or applications where the item will be subjected to the elements we stock everything from – Commercial Eyebolts, Thimbles, Shackles, Carbine Hooks and Galv Chain, to Stainless Steel Turnbuckles, Hooks and Stainless Steel Chain.
